Percy Boy

I love my little nephew. Is it normal to love your nephew (or niece) this much? Well I don't care, because mine is the cutest that ever existed. Today he is 10 months old and just getting cuter by the minute!

The other day my sister, her husband and their little boy came over for breakfast and we all had lots of fun crawling around with Percy.

Percy also likes to help his mum and grandmother in the kitchen!

Sammie And The Chocolate Factory

Last weekend my family and I all went to the country side to visit a chocolate factory. My whole family loves chocolate, and I am no exception, so this was possibly one of the greatest days. I left with a stomach ache, but it was the greatest of stomach aches.





Our haul. There was also waffles and a two person fondue. All this food shared between 6 people may have been the reason we stumbled out of there clutching our stomachs (picture Augustus Gloop stumbling around Willy Wonka's chocolate factory)!

Family Trip To The Sea

Last week, my family and I went down to the beach for a little holiday. We spent the week relaxing, going down to the beach, doing lots of op-shopping and playing games together. It was kind of perfect. Here are some pics from our trip:

Christmas 2012

I absolutely love Christmas. I know some people say the holidays is when families argue and people get rather stressed, however my family is the exact opposite. We all love Christmas so much and really get into it. And we all love gift giving, possibly too much. Here are some photos of our Christmas!

Picnic With Percy

The other day, we had our first touch of warm weather. It was sunny and 29 degrees, so my sister and I thought that we should celebrate the weather by going on a little picnic! Here are some photo's from our picnic!

Our feast. We had boiled eggs, turkish rolls and beetroot and tzatziki dip, strawberries, apples, kiwi fruit, sweet potato chips and peanut butter biscuits!


I made some peanut butter cookies from this recipe and they were amazing!

Im A Freaking Aunty

On Friday 24th of August, my beautiful sister Tarryn (who blogs over here), gave birth to this amazing little guy, my nephew, Percy Harold Carr. I actually love him already.

Here he is with his mum and dad, only about 12 hours old!

... so his mum did it right back!
